I built flagged.ovh with a privacy-first architecture. Unlike other document analysis tools, I do not upload your contracts to a server.

  • Browser-Based OCR: All text recognition (OCR) is performed locally on your device using Tesseract.js.
  • No Logs: I do not store, see, or collect the text you paste or the images you upload. Once you refresh your browser, the data is gone forever.

2. Solo Developer & AI Disclosure

I am a Solo Developer who built this tool to help freelancers navigate complex legalese.

  • Human-in-the-Loop: I manually curated the list of 100+ "High-Risk" phrases.
  • AI Assistance: AI was used for code optimization and categorization, but final logic was verified by me.

3. Non-Legal Advice Disclaimer (YMYL)

I am not a lawyer, and this tool is not a substitute for legal counsel. This tool uses simple keyword matching.

The "Negotiation Scripts" are provided as educational templates and should be customized to your specific situation.
